Valerie Wise has represented parties in all aspects of privileges matters. She has been counsel to the individual member of the professional staff who is the subject of the credentialing issue; counsel to the Medical Advisory Committee; counsel to the Hospital Board appearing before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board; and independent counsel to the Hospital Board for the Board’s hearing.
Valerie Wise also has a Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation, Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo and is available as a mediator or conflict coach to help resolve developing issues quickly and efficiently before they snowball into something larger.
