Rozmin Mediratta is a lawyer at Wise Health Law. She advises and represents health care professionals and organizations in a variety of matters, including College complaints, lawsuits, consent and capacity proceedings, and privacy matters.
Rozmin has a long-standing interest in the health care industry and the complex legal framework within which her clients practice. She is as comfortable reviewing health records as she is analyzing case law. In short, health law is her calling.
Rozmin appreciates what’s at stake for her clients and she is unapologetic in their defence. She cuts to the chase with practical, inspired solutions so that they can get back to what they do best: health care.
